Janelle Begole, our newest Sherpa educator, believes suppliers and providers have sufficient resources and tool kits to optimize human wellness globally, while driving economies to scale. Highly motivated provider/supplier teams have the power to co-create solutions to improve a patient’s life and achieve operational efficiencies.
Janelle invested the last 40 years in Healthcare Corporate Account management serving the GPO, Distributor, and IDN market. Her greatest passion and accomplishment is the development of highly empowered National, Key Account Teams who bring lifetime value to an IDN. Key Account Management is an organization-wide business strategy, focused on providing unique offerings and value through an orchestrated, cross functional approach. Janelle developed and led several high performing KAD teams as they became trusted advisors and advocates to provider partners. She assisted organizations to move from a transactional approach to a comprehensive, holistic approach, inclusive of all stakeholders. Execution through Project Management is key. Supplier/ Provider trust is only built when promised results are delivered.
Janelle is a certified sales trainer, coaching and mentoring many strategic sales teams in her career. She built and facilitated various co-creation workshops with provider partners, collaborating and collecting insights to innovate and inspire change. Janelle recently retired from her full time Med Device Strategic leadership role. She now enjoys Bears Football and 7 busy Grandchildren.
