Throughout his career, Brendan has held leadership roles across both military and healthcare environments. He began his career in the U.S. Army, where he served as a senior supply chain operations and contracting leader, managing large-scale logistics operations in support of domestic and combat missions. He later transitioned to healthcare, where he led multi-site supply chain operations, operating model redesign efforts, and enterprise performance improvement initiatives for integrated delivery networks. As Vice President of Supply Chain Logistics at Supply Chain Sherpas, Brendan partners with healthcare organizations to improve logistics operations, strengthen governance, optimize distribution networks, and enhance operational performance. He works closely with executive and operational leaders to identify opportunities, simplify complex processes, and implement sustainable solutions that improve visibility, accountability, and long-term results. Known for his hands-on leadership style and operational expertise, Brendan excels at translating frontline challenges into scalable systems and actionable improvements. He is also passionate about mentoring transitioning service members and helping veterans successfully navigate careers in the private sector. Brendan holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, the Demonstrated Master Logistician (SOLE) designation, and a Master of Science in Emergency and Disaster Management with a concentration in Logistics. |
