CHRISTINE HOMERFor 20 years, Christine led all aspects of Talent Management inside large organizations; aligning leaders, teams and talent with the strategy. The right culture, created and integrated with intention, drives strategic and operational success. People create culture, so Christine works to develop people inside organizations across industries, including warehouse distribution, cable and telecommunications, higher education, and law enforcement. She spent 10-years in large healthcare organizations developing leaders and supporting her mission to build healthy communities.
Christine earned a B.S. in Corporate Communication at Ithaca College, and an MBA from State University of New York at Buffalo. Christine has an OD Certification from the Mountain States Employers Council in Denver. She earned her Interaction Management Master Trainer and Business Impact Leadership Certifications through Development Dimensions International (DDI), is MBTI and Enneagram qualified, and earned her qualification for Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team based on the Patrick Lencioni model for team effectiveness. She has completed coursework for her ACC qualification with the International Coaching Federation. Christine facilitates teams, designs curricula and coaches and develops leaders with Supply Chain Sherpas and her own organization, Breakthrough Culture. |
