Lee has 35 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a track record of creating exponential revenue growth. Lee has developed and implemented innovated programs to invigorate sales channels across a wide range of diverse client engagements. Throughout Lee's career, his hallmark has been finding highly talented people and creating a culture in which they can thrive.
From 2008 - 2020, Lee led the Enterprise Healthcare sales group for Konica Minolta where he built a $140 million annual revenue stream of products, services, and consulting within the healthcare space. An executive leader with strengths in encouraging multi-level buy-in and identifying growth opportunities, Lee has found a great purpose in acting as a change agent.
A graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology, he worked as a Marine Biologist prior to pursuing a business career. As an avid sailor, ocean swimmer, and scuba diver, his love of the ocean is never far from the surface. He lives in Delray Beach, Florida with his wife Noreen. They are blessed with two children.
